  • How do I use DateGPT®?
    We created DateGPT® to offer you a seamless dating experience. You only need to download the app, create your profile, add your interests, and get matched. The AI will do the work. Just upload a picture that tells a story about you, and write a few good words about yourself in the bio. Like as many profiles as you want and start conversations with anyone by subscribing to "A.I. Concierge." We’ll notify you every time we find someone who likes you and has similar interests. You’re free to talk or chat with them once matched.
  • How do I register on DateGPT®?
    Download DateGPT® and create an account via our guided process. You can create an account from scratch using your personal information.
  • How private and safe is DateGPT®?
    We know keeping your data safe can be more important than anything, especially on the internet. That’s why we guarantee all our users’ data is 100% private. You’re the only one who decides what you let other users know, both on your profile and via private chat. We also use the latest virtual security practices and encryption to keep you safe from external attacks You don’t need to stress yourself over having your data made vulnerable to other people. We’re also compliant with the CCPA and GDPR. We won’t collect any information from you without your consent.
  • How do I download the Application and create an account?
    Download DateGPT®, click on the link below: [Insert Link Here] When the download is complete, tap the App icon and choose "Sign Up" to create a new account. Once you enter your phone number, you will receive an SMS with a code. Enter the verification code and tap the arrow to go to the next page. Type in your first name. Select your age using the date picker. Choose what you are looking- To for. Select an age range. Briefly describe yourself. Add profile pictures by giving permission to the App to your gallery. You need to add at least two pictures to sign up successfully. Finally, allow location on the device and allow notifications to get notified when someone Likes you or sends you a message. Remember: You can always add more information to your profile. This will help you get better matches.
  • Is there a minimum age requirement to use DateGPT®?
    Yes. The minimum age requirement to use DateGPT® is 18.
  • How do I edit my profile ?
    On the top left of the main page, click on the Profile icon. Then, to edit your information, tap on "Edit Account." This will take you to a page where you can edit your "About" information, add answers to prompts under "My Answers," update your information under "My Vitals," and edit your information under "My Virtues." Once you edit the information of the chosen field, tap on save, and you're good to go.
  • How do I report someone ?
    To Report someone, go to the user's profile, tap on the ellipsis icon "...", and then choose "Report." This will take you to the "Report User" page where you'll have to choose the reason for reporting the user (examples: Fake profile, illegal activity, offensive or graphic profile, etc.) When you choose "Fake Profile" for example, you will be required to select the profile parts to report. Simply tap on the flag icons, and then tap on continue.
  • How do I add more photos to my profile?
    To add more photos, tap on the profile icon to go to your profile page. Then tap on your image. In the "My Photos" page, click on the plus icon "+"to choose photos from your gallery. Before you upload it, you can choose to edit or crop your image. And when you are done, simply tap on "Done."
  • I can't log in to my account.
    To log in to your account, simply tap on "Log In" and then enter your phone number. Enter your verification code, and then tap on next to log in.
  • How can I delete my account?
    To delete your account, go to settings, and then choose "Account." Then tap on "Delete Account." When you receive the pop up, tap on "Continue" and your account will be deleted. Note: When your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
  • How can I pause my account?
    On the top left of the main page, tap on the profile icon. Then tap on the settings icon on the top right of your profile page. Choose "Account," and then choose "Pause Account." When you get the pop up, tap on "Continue" and your account will be paused. Note: When you pause your account, your profile will not show in the results of other users as long as you are signed out. However, as soon as you log back in, your account will be automatically reactivated.
  • Is DateGPT® free?
    DateGPT® is available for free in the App Store and Google Play Store. You can sign up for free and use it for free. However, you can also subscribe to premium features.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you unsubscribe. If you wish to unsubscribe, you'll have to do so from Google Play (if your device is an Android) or App Store (if your device is an iPhone).
  • How to Subscribe to certain feature?
    To access our premium features, go to your profile page by clicking on the profile icon on the top left of the results page. Then tap on "Subscribe" to choose a subscription. When you choose a subscription, tap on "Continue" to pay.
  • What are the benefits of "Date Catcher"?
    Those who subscribe to "A.I. Concierge" usually get more matches and dates than those who don't. Once you subscribe to "A.I. Concierge," you will get unlimited Likes. This means you can Like as many profiles as you desire. You also get to see who Liked you, so you can start a chat with them without having to match with them.
  • I'm not getting any Likes.
    To get more Likes, you can subscribe to "A.I. Concierge" from your profile page. If you are already subscribed, you can try adding more information or photos to your profile.
  • Bad Actor, Number in Image, Text in Image, Solicitation, Polit…
    Please provide us with your friend code so that we look into it. To getyour friend code, tap on the profile icon on the top left of the results page, then tap on the settings icon on the top right of your profile page. In Settings, choose "Account" and your friend code will be there under "FRIENDCODE".
  • Support Email
    On the top left of the results page, click on the profile icon. Then, on the top right of your profile page, click on the Settings icon. In Settings, choose "Help" and then tap on "Send us a note."
